Because we want your satisfaction to be total, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the products according to our RETURNS POLICY

1. Changes within a maximum period of 3 days, after receipt of the product, we invite you to coordinate through the contact page! You send us the product to be exchanged (your cost) and we will send it to you again at no cost for you!

2. To request an exchange, the products must not be used, they must have the corresponding labels and packaging and be in perfect condition (neither dirty, nor stained, nor damaged: torn, scratched, broken) according to the product. In the event that the products do not comply with what is stated, or it is evident that they have been used or mishandled, there is no possibility of exchange or return.

3. The exchange can be made for another product of equal or higher value, NO money refunds are made for the difference.

4. A refund may be requested within the first 3 days of receipt of the product, in case the product is failing or an error has been made in shipping on our part.

The product must be unused, with the corresponding labels and packaging and in perfect condition. Shipping and financial costs are non-refundable.

5. In case of failures, due to manufacturing defects, you can request an exchange or refund.

6. The client must ensure the delivery address, which I provide, is correct, the transport company delivers within the time ranges of 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.

The transport company makes two (2) delivery attempts. If the order is not received within these two (2) attempts, the customer must assume the cost of delivery again.

6. El cliente deberá asegurarse la dirección de entrega, que proporciono, sea correcta, la empresa transportadora entrega dentro de los rangos de horarios de 8 am a 5 pm de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8 am a 12 pm.

La empresa transportadora realiza Dos (2) intentos de entrega, en caso de no ser recibido el pedido dentro de esos Dos (2) intentos, el cliente deberá asumir nuevamente el costo del despacho.
